Who operates Admin Sale

Richard (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Admin Sale. An organization-issued App Key and an authorized account are required to use the service.

Information we collect

The information processed depends on the organization and the features a user chooses to use:

• Account and identity information: name, user ID, role, organization, login credentials, and authentication status.
• Contact and customer information: names, phone numbers, and physical addresses entered by authorized users.
• Business and financial records: sales entries, terms, ledgers, balances, money-in and money-out records, reports, and slips.
• Communications and user content: chat messages, notes, and images or files a user chooses to attach.
• Device and service information: push-notification tokens and technical information needed to deliver notifications, maintain security, and diagnose service problems.

How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate users and enforce organization and role permissions;
• provide, synchronize, and maintain requested sales and administration workflows;
• deliver operational messages and push notifications;
• protect the app and service against misuse, fraud, and security incidents;
• diagnose problems, provide support, and improve reliability; and
• meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Information stored on the device

Admin Sale stores app preferences and configuration on the device. This may include the optional Child Lock PIN, notification preferences, account state, and connection settings entered by an authorized user. Removing the app normally removes its locally stored data, but it does not automatically delete information held by the organization or on the service.

The Child Lock PIN is intended to reduce accidental access by children. It is not a substitute for the iPhone or iPad passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or organization account security.

Notifications

If a user allows notifications, Admin Sale registers a device notification token so that operational messages can be delivered through Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Notification permission can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be available to the organization that issued the user’s App Key and to its authorized administrators. We use service providers, including Google Firebase for authentication, cloud database, and messaging infrastructure, and Apple for delivery of iOS push notifications. These providers process information on our behalf under their respective terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when directed by the customer organization, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Advertising and tracking

Admin Sale does not contain third-party advertising and does not use collected information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. This privacy-policy page itself contains no analytics, advertising scripts, cookies, or tracking technology.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with the customer organization’s instructions, meet legal and business-record obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods can vary by record type and organization.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal information by contacting their organization administrator or us using the details below. We may need to verify the request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or business-record purposes.

Users control whether to enable push notifications and whether to select and attach images or files. Notification access can be disabled in iOS Settings.

Children’s privacy

Admin Sale is a business tool and is not directed to children. Organizations must not issue accounts to children unless permitted by applicable law and supported by any required consent. The optional Child Lock PIN is provided to help an adult reduce accidental access to the app.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
